Before You Travel
Dear Participant,
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 1st International Summit on Assisted Reproduction and Genetics (SARG), taking place May 27-29, 2018 in Tel Aviv, Israel. In preparation for this upcoming event, we would like to provide you with relevant information before you travel.

GETTING TO THE VENUE:
Taxi:
Taxis are located outside the “Arrivals Hall” at Ben Gurion Airport, where a dispatcher is on hand. It takes approx. 30-40 minutes to arrive from the airport to the InterContinental David Tel Aviv, and the cost is approx.130-150 NIS. Please use official taxis from the dispatch stand and beware of solicitors.
Train:
Ben Gurion Airport train station is located in Terminal 3. The station has frequent service traveling directly to Tel Aviv. However, be aware that the stations in Tel Aviv are on the edge of the city and a bus/taxi is required to get to most hotels. Please note that trains in Israel do not run during the Sabbath, with service stopping Friday afternoon and resuming late Saturday evening.

All Summit Participants are invited to the Welcome Reception that will be held in the Suzanne Dellal Center on Sunday, May 27th at 19:30.

BATSHEVA DANCE COMPANY PERFORMANCE:
The Welcome Reception will be followed by a performance of ‘Naharin’s Virus’ by the award winning Batsheva Dance Company. The performance will start at 21:00. Summit delegates are welcome to purchase tickets at a discounted rate of 50 NIS per ticket.

PRE-SUMMIT WORKSHOPS:
Pre-Summit workshops take place on May 27, 2018 and require pre- registration. Space is limited.

REGISTRATION AND FACULTY DESK:
The Registration and Faculty Desk will be located on the Conference Level of the David InterContinental and will operate during the following hours:
Sunday, May 27 – 16:00–19:00
Monday, May 28 – 07:30–18:15
Tuesday, May 29 – 08:30–17:00
Please register upon arrival to receive your congress kit containing the SARG Program Book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge at all Summit sessions and social events.
EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS:
The exhibition will be open during the following hours:
Monday, May 28 – 08:30–17:00
Tuesday, May 29 – 09:00–16:00
INVITED SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS:
The Speakers Ready Room will be Room 6 on the Conference Level near the registration area.
Speakers are requested to hand in their presentation to the technicians in the Speakers Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to their presentation scheduled time.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Posters should be mounted by Monday, May 28 at 09:30 and should be dismantled by Tuesday, May 29 at 16:00. The Summit Organizer will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters to answer questions during the breaks as scheduled in the program. Please check your poster number in this Summit Program Book.
LUNCH AND COFFEE BREAKS:
Lunch and coffee will be served at the Exhibition Hall for all Summit participants.
CME ACCREDITATION:
The program of SARG 2018 has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). The EACCME CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of 13 CME credits.
All registered participants will receive an email after the Summit with a username and password. Participants will be asked to complete their CME accreditation form online by logging in with their username and password on the Summit website. Once the CME form is completed and submitted online, your accreditation certificate and points will be available for download.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
All registered participants will receive a username and password following the completion of the Summit. Participants will be asked to log in with their username and password to the link that will be provided. Your certificate of attendance will be available for download once you log in.
VISAS:
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a Visa to travel to Israel. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website. CME-Congresses Ltd. will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of visa or other required documentation.

CLIMATE:
Average temperatures range from lows of 69°F to highs of 81°F (20°C to 27°C).
ELECTRICITY:
European Type 2 pin sockets with AC 220V and 50 Hz current are used. 380V current is usually available in meeting and exhibition rooms. To use American-type plugs, a 220V transformer should be used together with an adapter plug.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:
It is strongly recommended that participants obtain adequate insurance coverage for travel, health and accidents before they depart from their countries. As organizers, CME-Congresses Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any personal injuries or loss of /damage to private property belonging to Summit participants or accompanying persons.
